P2P-marketplace of services - is for ordering the services of our concierges in which you must independently choose and agree on the service (pay) with one of our trusted Locals.

This is easily done through the website https://shegby.com/ and even easier through the mobile app (2Q 2023).

We, as a concierge service, act as arbitrators in relations between the Local and the Traveler, resolve issues in case of any problems in the arrangements and take a commission of 1% of your transactions.

Our goal is to ensure that both the traveler and the local are treated fairly for the duration of your contract. We require our Locals to undergo a thorough due diligence, contracting with us with a binding Service Level Agreement. We and our other DAO Locals vet both newcomers and previously verified Locals - those who are Concierges and provide services to Travelers. We are all interested in the highest quality of services provided and are motivated by the payment of Travelers.

What is required from the Traveler in the process of ordering the Concierge service (both independently and through the purchase of a subscription)?

1) Clearly state the requirements: - Date and a Time; - Place of provision of services; - Service type; - Formulate in text (in a request to the Local) all the expectations describing the answer to the question: What will be considered as the service which has been done?

2) Pay for the service to Shegby's account (where the amount will be blocked until you confirm that the service has been provided).

We do not prohibit you from direct contact with a local and the application form is not mandatory in all fields that we ask, but if there is a conflict between you and a local, we will focus on the data from this form and the more accurately you fill it out, the more guarantees that the question will be decided fairly in your favor!

An alternative to a P2P marketplace is a Subscription (with annual payment), where you do not need to communicate with the local, your request will be accepted and processed by us.
