Governance with NFTs
In the description of the DAO of local residents, we have already talked about the NFT collection of our DAO and the ability of the owners to manage it.
Our NFTs are issued in the amount of 100,000 pieces and have two utilities: The main thing is that NFT ownership means a subscription to Concierge services, the very one that we calculated at the cost of US$1100 per year of service (at the same time, Travelers do not need to communicate directly with Locals, all questions and problems will be resolved by the company's employees); The second utility is the management of the DAO of locals, where the owner of the NFT has as many votes as the NFT in his wallet. Each owner of the NFT can make a proposal and put it to a vote. Participation in voting, as well as in management, is not mandatory and is carried out on a voluntary basis, while only active members of the DAO receive remuneration for their work.

At the moment, all NFTs have been created that will be maximally available for purchase. For sale today (February 16) are only a few of them at the lowest price we raise every week. The goal is to test Concierge services, DAO management and proposal work on a small group.
For example, already now every NFT owner can order Concierge services as well as vote and put proposals to the vote.
By increasing the number of NFT offerings on the market, we are simultaneously increasing our ability to serve Travellers.
By increasing the cost of NFT, we both artificially limit demand and guarantee the quality based on the experience of previously performed work by our Local members of the DAO.
The distribution of NFTs for our Travelers (customers of our Web3 Concierge Service) and for our DAO members as governance tokens would be the same:
The number of NFTs will be chosen as the maximum number of subscribers of our concierge service (100k);
While we are growing, we will sell NFTs in pieces, starting from the lowest price (today $50 and 7 NFTs available to purchase on Opensea, tomorrow we will raise the price and so on to the cost of $1,100 we want for an unlimited subscription to our Concierge service);
Actually, we do not sell more NFTs than we are ready to serve customers in our service;
By combining NFT utilities with our DAO's governance, we enable both Travelers and DAO members to put proposals to a vote and vote on proposals;
By controlling more than 50% + 1 vote (50,001 NFTs), we control the process and learn ourselves, train our DAO members and generally control our mission in its implementation; and so on...
